Cotton Blueberry cheese cake...~~

Today baked cotton blueberry cheese cake, get the recipe from aunty england..last time she baked to granny's house..cotton cake is light & withsoft texture..but mine came out is light, soft & moist texture..ate aunty england's one it was not moist but dry, but mine moist, like those cheese cake sold outside..i prefer mine, cuz love the moist texture...

yesterday asked mum to cook the japanese tauhu, been ages i haven't eat that & i miss the taste..mum just cook it simple without meat..just with dry mushroom & carrot only..but still nice..mum fried that japanese tauhu with a new way,she found it at her cooking blog..better way of frying the tauhu...
